Is it worth getting a personal trainer?
There are more trainers available than ever. I personally think that this is great because there is also a huge demand as people are taking more and more care of their health and wellbeing. And they are seeking professional guidance to reach their health goals.⠀
Understandably, it makes it difficult for potential clients to choose "the best trainer" from a huge amount of available coaches. To make the decision process easier for those seeking for a personal trainer, I try to be as open as possible online and share my views. If you tend to agree with me, we might be a great trainer-trainee match.

Experience
My passion for sports is just something that is so deeply rooted in me since my childhood. I have a background in professional sports (basketball). For 10+ years, I have been training others on a side before jumping fully into the trainer occupation in 2021.
Credentials
I am a licensed trainer with a specialization in weightlifting and gym training by the Estonian Olympic Committee. ⠀
My approach
I am a strong believer in mindful training, we can achieve so much with our mindset. Even without any prior experience, it is possible to gradually enjoy the training process more and more while getting stronger and healthier.
As a person, I am demanding as I value discipline. But as a trainer, I am also supportive as I understand that an active lifestyle takes time to achieve and there are surely bumps on the road. But I always keep my focus on mastering discipline.
Location
I am based in Estonia and I am available for face to face trainings in the southern part of the country. However, since the pandemic has changed the way we train, I also conduct virtual group trainings via Zoom. These are not pre-recorded sessions, so I will always give feedback in a virtual setting as well.
