Training plan
A training plan is a strategy to help you reach your health goals. It details what, when, how much and how often to do. Each training plan is prepared personally, taking into account the client's individuality, wishes and goals. Training according to a training plan dramatically increases the chances of achieving your goals and reduces the risk of injury and failure. By following the plan, I will help you get the most out of each workout. I will constantly monitor your progress and update the training plan if necessary.
Virtual personal training
If there is no access to the gym or you do not want to visit it with a trainer, it is possible to execute the workout successfully at home via a video bridge. It is recommended to have home exercise equipment (resistance bands, dumbbells, etc.), but it is also possible to perform exercises only with the help of water bottles, side of the bed and a towel. Similar to training in the gym, I conduct home workouts according to the client's individuality and goals. I prepare the workouts taking into account your possibilities and wishes.
Personal training
A mindful approach to life helps to successfully lead to an active lifestyle. Even without previous experience, it is possible to enjoy the training process more and more so that it becomes part of your lifestyle. With the help of a personal trainer, thanks to the systematic approach, you reach your health goals safely and efficiently. Personal training is built keeping in mind the client's individuality, wishes and goals. I support you in both outdoor and indoor gyms all over Southern Estonia!
Nutrition plan
Following a nutritional plan can be a developing and fun experience. The plan is prepared individually, taking into account all the specifics of the customer, using only these kinds of raw materials and recipes which are suitable for the customer. As neither weight loss or gain are generally linear, a nutritionist therapist provides a systematic approach to motivate and support in the event of obstacles. By following a nutritional plan, it is possible to develop more conscious eating habits and thus learn to take care of yourself. I will prepare a weekly menu for you according to your wishes and goals, and I will advise you if additional questions arise.
